铁路路外伤亡事故多发原因及管理对策研究

For a long time, people outside the railway road safe enough attention. Reasons outside the railway road traffic accidents to determine the factors of the installation, signal flags and other safety net, there are many uncertain factors, such as distance lookout crew, locomotive lighting equipment. By summing up of the characteristics of the outer rail road casualties, and ultimately from the engineering and technical measures to establish aspects of emergency rescue system developed countermeasures against frequent accidents, and applies a practical approach road outside the railway bureau of the safety improvement process, verify the feasibility of the method.%长期以来，人们对铁路的路外安全不够重视。铁路路外交通事故发生的原因既有防护网的安装、信号标志等确定因素，也存在诸多不确定因素，比如乘务员的瞭望距离、机车灯光设备等。通过总结我国铁路路外伤亡事故的特征，最终从工程技术措施、建立应急救援体系方面制订了针对事故频发的对策，并将实际方法应用于某铁路局的整个路外安全整治过程中，验证了该方法的可行性。
