清水河流域水电站梯级联合优化调度管理

         

摘要

Qingshui River in central Guizhou Province, the Yangtze River basin Wujiang River, the middle reaches of the Wujiang River right bank tributary of the larger. Dahuashui, Geliqiao hydropower station is a fresh water river hydropower cascade planned third and fourth steps, the two stations into operation after the formation of a small cascade dispatching relationship. In order to give full play to the ability of hydrological compensation and capacity compensation between cascade reservoirs, get more utilization efficiency, improve reservoir management level of expertise, while hydrological runoff, Qingshui River water plant operation data for statistical analyzes, sub-dry, flood water level on the reservoir operation optimization control, to achieve the optimal operation of cascade hydropower stations.%清水河位于贵州省中部,属长江流域乌江水系,是乌江中游右岸较大的一级支流。大花水、格里桥水电站是清水河干流水电梯级规划中的第三、第四个梯级,两站投运后形成了一个小型梯级调度关系。为了充分发挥梯级水库间的水文补偿和库容补偿能力,获得更多的综合利用效益,在提高水库管理人员专业技术水平的同时,对清水河流域的水文径流、电站运行资料进行统计、分析,分枯、汛期对水库运行水位进行优化控制,实现对梯级电站的优化调度。
