蜀河水力发电厂泄洪报警系统设计与建设

摘要

按照有关法规，电站在蓄水后应当完善下游防洪预警系统，在开闸泄洪时提前向下游报警，使人员及时撤离至安全地带，保障下游人民群众生命财产安全。蜀河水力发电厂下游两岸的人口相对比较密集，多年来，人们已经养成了在河道采砂、游泳、休憩的习惯，但工程建设阶段却没有设计下游防洪预警系统。%In accordance with the relevant laws and regulations, power plants in the water downstream flood warning system should be improved, advance warning when the downstream spillway gate, so that staff promptly evacuated to safe areas, to protect people’s lives and property downstream. Shu River Hydroelectric Plant downstream sides is relatively dense, over the years, people have developed a habit in the river sand, swimming, sitting, but did not design the construction stage downstream flood warning system.
