浅谈机场建设管理中的几点体会

Outside of policy, investment, markets and technology, will also affect the building process. Airport construction on schedule and quality has higher requirements. Therefore, clear periods of construction management, improve management and control standards and construction level, has a very important practical significance.%机场建设工作具有复杂性和系统性，因为机场的建设规模偏大、建造时间较长，且建造流程具有专业性。外界的政策、投资、市场和技术，也会影响到建设进程。机场建设对工期和质量都有较高的要求。因此，明晰建设时段的管理，提升管控水准和建设水平，具有十分重要的现实意义。
