技术报告管理系统的完善

通过对技术报告管理系统进行完善，使企业管理系统升级到J2EE平台上，这样人力成本较低，易于维护，使以往烦琐的技术报告工作流程实现电子化、无纸化。完善后的技术报告管理系统，平台性能更加先进，实现了技术资源信息的网络化，进一步提高企业的办公效率和管理水平，使其朝着信息化、网络化和现代化目标迈进，为企业实现科学、完整、规范的技术报告管理提供了一个良好的支撑平台。%In this paper, through the improvement of the technical report management system, the electric power research institute management system upgrade to the J2EE platform, the human cost is low, easy to maintain, the previous complex technical report work processes to achieve its electronic, paperless; technical report management system after perfecting the platform performance is more advanced, networked technology resources information, improve the office efficiency of EPRI, level, towards the informationization, networking, modern goal, provides a platform to support a good technical report management enterprises to realize scientific, complete, standard.
