For a new generation of CINRAD/SA-type weather radar base data quality analysis, elaborated weather radar configuration parameters theoretical basis for the antenna rotation speed n, the number of samples m pulses and pulse repetition frequency F made a reasonable allocation rule system analysis, and conclusions are discussed, in order to provide a reference for requiring the parties concerned.%就新一代CINRAD/SA型天气雷达基数据质量进行分析，阐述了配置天气雷达观测参数的理论依据，对天线转速n、脉冲采样数m和脉冲重复频率F的合理配置规律作了系统的分析，并对所得结论进行讨论，以期能为有关方面的需要提供参考借鉴。
