The output shaft is the brittle parts among the gearbox, but whether the actual axial-clearance of after assembly can meet the design requirements or not, has a great effect on the accuracy of the rotating bearing, bearing capacity and service life. Thus, it is important that the axial-clearance after assembly is tested in order to effective control. Axial-clearance measurement using the dedicated tools, and the use of preloading torque against the bearing instead of the force, can simple and effective check the axial-clearance after assembly.%输出齿轮轴是齿轮箱使用过程中易损坏的部件，而装配后实际轴向游隙的大小对轴承的旋转精度、承载能力和使用寿命都有一定的影响。因此，对齿轮轴装配轴承的轴向游隙后的检测和控制是十分必要的。使用专用轴向游隙测量工装，利用对轴承施加预紧力转换为力矩的方法，可简单、有效地对装配轴向游隙后的齿轮轴进行检查。
