视觉检测技术在集成电路基板检测中的应用

         

摘要

In the detection of integrated circuit substrate, the application of visual detection technology is applied to construct the integrated circuit board. Through the selection of light source, camera, motor, etc, a fast and high precision image acquisition and control system is constructed, and the visual module of LabVIEW NI software is used to design the model and algorithm of image feature recognition, extraction and detection of IC substrate defects. As the detection system of the visual sensor has the advantages of strong anti-interference ability, high efficiency and simple composition, it is very suitable for the production of on-line, non-contact detection and monitoring.%在集成电路基板检测中应用视觉检测技术,快速构建集成电路基板视觉检测应用方案.通过对光源、相机、电机等的选型,构造快速、高精度的图像采集控制系统,并采用NI公司LabVIEW软件中的视觉模块,设计能实现图像特征识别、提取和检测IC基板缺陷的模型与算法.由于视觉传感器的检测系统具有抗干扰能力强、效率高、组成简单等优点,因此非常适合生产现场的在线、非接触检测和监控.
