In view of this, the file management information system has emerged; it provides the basis for the smooth operation of the archives management. Making full use of the technology of digital management of archives can not only solve the problems existing in the management of enterprise archives, but also improve the efficiency of the management of enterprise archives, and lay the foundation for the rapid development of enterprises.
