中国农村水利基础设施建设与制度创新浅析

Starting from the current situation of China’s water conservancy construction, expounds the important role of the rural water conservancy construction, and analyzes the problems existing in China’s water conservancy infrastructure construction and corresponding measures, and put forward the future development trend of the water conservancy construction system.%从我国水利建设的现状入手，阐述了农村水利建设的重要作用，分析了我国水利基础设施建设中存在的问题和相应的解决措施，并提出了水利建设制度今后的发展趋势。
