Cognitive Radio technology are put forward to provide a kind of effective way for solving the contradiction between wireless spectrum resources increasingly tense and of the growing demand for wireless communications applications. The basic concept and the key technology of cognitive radio are introduced, focuses on the analysis of cognitive radio in communication anti jamming strategy is applied and its advantages, to promote the rapid development of communication countermeasure equipment has positive significance.%认知无线电（Cognitive Radio，CR）技术的提出，为解决不断增长的无线通信应用需求与日益紧张的无线频谱资源之间的矛盾提供了一种有效的解决途径。介绍了认知无线电的基本概念和关键技术，重点分析了认知无线电在通信抗干扰中的应用策略及其优势，对促进通信对抗装备的快速发展具有积极意义。
