在新船试航时,偶尔会发生进水沉船事故,但是,新船第一次试航就翻沉则非常罕见。据有关方面统计,每年在张家港通航管区发生的上百艘船舶主机、舵机等故障导致船舶失控的事故中,试航船占了较大的比例,而“皖神舟67”拖船发生的严重试航事故则给试航作业再一次敲响了警钟。试图从拖轮的性能特点、拖轮试航项目及要求、影响试航事故的因素等角度出发,简要分析了拖轮翻沉的原因,以期为日后的工作提供一定的参考。%In the new ship sea trial, sporadically water shipwreck, however, the new boat capsized on the first sea trial is very rare.
