With the rapid development of science and technology, robots are widely used in industrial production. In the factory production process, the level of automation requirements are also raising, such as the workshop on the working platform, is inseparable from the robot. In this environment, the importance of the programmable logic controller(PLC)are then reflected, to some extent, it shows the level of automation equipment, indirect performance of a country's degree of industrial production automation.%随着科学技术的飞速发展，机械手被广泛应用于工业生产中。在工厂生产的过程中，对自动化水平的要求也在不断提高，比如车间的工作平台上，离不开机械手。在这种大环境下，可编程控制器（PLC）的重要性便体现出来了，它在一定程度上展现了设备的自动化水平，间接表现一个国家的工业生产自动化程度。
