面向电网-路网综合优化的电动汽车充电调度

     

摘要

目前,电动汽车已被大规模应用,但还缺乏对电网和交通网运行性能的电动汽车充电调度策略的考虑。综合分析了电动汽车大规模接入对电网的安全、经济性能和交通系统通行效率的影响,建立了包含电网、交通网、电动汽车和充、换电站模型的“电动汽车-电网-交通网”仿真系统,提出了基于Dijkstra最短路径规划算法的电动汽车有序调度策略。仿真分析表明,调度策略可使充电站的充电负荷更为均衡,有效减少和缩短了等待充电的电动汽车的数量和充电等待时间,改善了充电站附近的交通拥堵问题,有利于同时提升电网和交通网的运行性能。%Currently, electric vehicles have been large-scale applications, but also the lack of grid and transportation network operating performance of electric vehicle charging consider scheduling strategy. Comprehensive analysis of the impact of large-scale electric vehicle access to security, economic performance and efficiency of the transportation system traffic grid, the establishment include power grids, transportation networks, electric vehicles and charge, for the power plant model “electric car - Power - Traffic Network” the simulation system is proposed based on Dijkstra shortest path planning algorithm for electric vehicles and orderly scheduling policy. Simulation results show that the scheduling policy of charging stations can charge more balanced load, reduce and shorten the wait for the number of charging electric vehicles and charging wait times, improve traffic congestion charging station nearby, while increasing power and favor transportation network operating performance.
