企业服务总线在医疗领域的实际应用

摘要

“信息孤岛”是医院在信息化发展中遇到的问题之一,现有的模式难以满足灵活性、适应性、可重用性、可扩展性等系统集成需求.为了更有效地管理和重用系统服务,企业服务总线(ESB)被引入到医疗信息化实践中,ESB在SOA中充当服务间智能化的集成与管理中介.以复旦大学附属肿瘤医院建设ESB的过程为例,介绍了ESB在医疗行业中应用的方法.它使用BizTalk Server ESB Toolkit作为ESB框架,并以SOA架构和医疗行业标准为基础,将医院的业务流程、应用系统和相关数据整合起来,最终以服务的方式,向外部提供统一的访问总线.总结了ESB建设过程中的关键点,以及ESB对医院信息化建设的意义.%"Information silos" is one of questions that hospital meets in the informationization development,and the existing pattern can't meet the integration demand such as flexibility,adaptability,reusability and expansibility etc. For effectively managing and reusing service,Enterprise Service Bus (ESB) begins to be used in medical information implementation. ESB serves as an intelligent integration and management agency between services.This article takes ESB constructed by Fudan University Shanghai Cancer Center for an example,and introduces the method of ESB in the application of medical information systems.It uses BizTalk Server ESB Toolkit as the ESB frame,and takes the SOA construction and the medical profession standard as the foundation to combine the hospital service flow,the application system with the correlation data,and then provide web services to the service bus.Finally,thisarticle summarizes the key points in the ESB construction process,as well as the significance of ESB for hospitalIT development.
