智能交通异常事件检测系统的分析与设计

摘要

在智能交通系统中，异常事件的检测方法是其中的关键技术和难点之一。基于视频检测和数字图像处理技术，在已有道路交通监控设施等硬件设备的前提下，提出了一种高效的智能交通异常事件检测系统，采用了C/S模式对其进行了分析与设计。%In the Intelligent Traffic System, detected methods of abnormal events are one of crucial technologies and difficulties. Based on video detection, digital image processing, existing road traffic monitoring facilities and other hardware devices, it proposes an effective intelligent traffic monitoring system for abnormal events. This system is analyzed and designed by using C/S model.
