桌面虚拟化系统基础架构设计

摘要

随着呼叫中心新业务的不断涌现、用户数量不断增加、平台的不断扩容,新客服人员的不断召入,企业建立大型集中式呼叫中心的需要日益增加.传统的业务系统是基于PC方式,需要在每台PC上安装业务所需的软件程序及客户端,同时重要的数据也分散在各PC上,在传统的维护方式下面临着诸多的安全以及管理上的难题,传统PC在保证服务质量、坐席服务连续性己不能满足客户的需求.通过对于桌面虚拟化系统的设计背景分析,明确了这一系统的设计是为了保证企业内部信息化过程信息管理的高效性以及安全性等.针对这个目的,对桌面虚拟化系统进行了基础架构的设计工作,并从物理服务器、网络设计、虚拟桌面化3个层面进行了设计细部的论述.因为桌面虚拟化系统是一种中心发散式的管理模式,因此会存在一定的安全隐患,故此就安全问题展开了一定的分析和论述.%With the continuous emergence of new business of call center,the increasing number of users,the continuous expansion of the platform,the constant call of new customer service personnel,the need for enterprises to establish large centralized call centers is increasing.The traditional business system is based on the PC mode,it needs to install software programs and client business on each PC,while the important data are also scattered on the PC.Hence,the traditional maintenance mode is facing on a lot of security and management.The traditional PC in ensuring the quality of service faces an challenges,and agent service continuity is unable to meet customer needs.Through an analysis of the design background of the desktop virtualization system,it is clear that the system is designed to ensure the efficiency and security of information management in an enterprise.To this end,the infrastructure design for desktop virtualization system is given,from the physical server,network design,and virtual desktop.Finally,because the desktop virtualization system is a central divergent management model,there will be some security risks,the security issues are analyzed and discussed.
