警用装备的两阶段全生命周期管理研究

摘要

"Police Equipment" is a kind of public security equipment.In this article,the "life cycle" of the "Police Equipment" is analyzed and researched comprehensively.The life cycle is divided into two phases:setting life and using life.The article elaborates the definition and the effect of the two phases.A management system for the two stage life cycle of police equipment is also elaborated in this article.%“警用装备”是公安装备的一类,本文对“警用装备”的“全生命周期”活动状况进行全面分析、研究,对全生命周期中“定型列装”和“采购使用”两个阶段的划分、定义进行了阐述,对两个阶段分别实现的功能和产生的作用进行了详细的描述,并对警用装备两阶段全生命周期管理系统进行了阐述.
