Analyse the speech recognition principle , combined with the specific circumstances of a particular person , study the Dynamic Time Warping ( DTW ) , applying with the Sunplus SPCE061A , to achieve a design of real-timing speech recognition access control system . Tests showed that the system error rate is less than 8% in 1 . 3 seconds .
