储纬器纬纱实时检测系统研究

     

摘要

An infrared photoelectric detection system is proposed for the real-time counting of weft in weft feeder. Considering the drift characteristics of the infrared sensing system caused by reflector pollution and emitter degradation , a closed-loop driving current control strategy is introduced for the infrared emitter. Digitalized sliding mean algorithm and sliding peak-to-peak algorithm are employed as the supplementary of analog filter circuit. Consequently the error detection events introduced by random disturbance are suppressed efficiently. The performance of interference immunity and the adaption of yarns fabricated with different material and mold by the experimental investigation in industrial environment, which also indicates that the proposed real-time yarn detection system emerges good prospect in fine weaving applications.%研究了一种用于储纬器纬纱圈数实时计量的红外光电检测系统。针对反射镜表面污染和光源老化引起的传感信号漂移问题,提出红外光源驱动电流闭环控制策略。在模拟滤波电路基础上,采用数字滑动均值算法和滑动峰峰值算法对传感信号进行后处理,有效抑制了随机扰动造成的误触发事件。实验结果验证了所提方案在实际生产环境中的抗干扰性能以及对多种材质及类型纬纱的适应性,表明其在精细织造领域具有良好的应用前景。
