醋酸纤维素氨基甲酸酯膜材料的制备与表征

     

摘要

Soaking cellulose acetate (CA) using urea as a pretreatment,and then the CA was transfered into o-xylene inert system for reaction.These factors have been explored at the process of synthesis,and the results shown that the urea concentration was 25 %,the temperature was 55 ℃,pretreatment time was 5 h,and the reaction time was 3.5 h.Under these conditions the degree of substitution of CAC was able to be 0.1.FT-IR characterization proved that the CAC was successful synthetized.Using the CAC and CA for casting membrane,the tensile strength and water flux of CAC membrane are better than that of CA membrane.The study concluded that with the degree of substitution increase CAC membrane tensile strength and water flux show an increase trend.%利用尿素对醋酸纤维素(CA)进行浸泡预处理,然后移入邻二甲苯惰性体系中进行反应,探讨合成过程中的影响因素,结果表明,预处理过程中尿素的质量分数为25%,预处理温度55℃,预处理时间5h,反应时间3.5h时,所得醋酸纤维素氨基甲酸酯(CAC)取代度可达到0.1.FT-IR表征可以证明成功合成出了CAC.用制备的CAC进行铸膜,CAC膜的拉伸强度及水通量要优于CA膜,同时研究得出随着取代度的升高,CAC膜的拉伸强度及水通量呈上升趋势.
