目的:构建一套适宜的护理人员绩效考评的指标体系,以便医院更好地进行绩效管理.方法:运用平衡记分卡的核心思想,采用德尔菲法和层次分析法建立指标体系并确定各指标权重.结果:该指标体系包括护理人员素质、工作业绩、学习和成长、满意度4个维度的4个一级指标,17个二级指标、42个三级指标.结论:该指标体系针对性、完整性、可操作性强,适用于护理人员的绩效考核.%We construct a suitable indicators system of performance evaluation for the nursing staff for hospitals to have better performance management. Methods On the basis of the core idea of the Balanced Score Card, we use Delphi and Analytic Hierarchy Process to establish the indicators system and determine the weight of the indicators. Results The indicators system includes 4 first-level indicators, 17 second-level indicators and 42 three-level indicator in dimensions of nursing diathesis, performance, learning and growth, and satisfaction. Conclusions As its direction, integrity and operability are strong, the indicators system is suitable for the performance evaluation of the nursing staff.
