Objective: To make a comparison of the clinical efficacy of the series of the drugs for the treatment of alcoholism, and to make an analysis of cost-effectiveness.Methods: Totally 240 patients were divided into A, B, C and D group according to the treatment order, and 60 cases was in each group.Group A was treated with omeprazole (Losec) needle injection, group B given omeprazole injection (Aoxikang injec-tion), group C given lansoprazole powder injection (Ovey Fagafaga Bi), and group D given pantoprazole injection.The treatment lasted for 1 -2d.Results: The total effective rate of A group was 15%, and the adverse reaction rate was 85%;the total effective rate was 86.67%, and the adverse reaction rate was 12.50% in B group, the total effective rate was 95%, and the adverse reaction rate was 15% in C group, the total ef-fective rate was 93.33%, and the adverse reaction rate was 10% in D group.There was no significant difference in total effective rate and adverse reaction rate between the 4 groups (P>0.05).The C/E in group A was 9.8, which was the lowest;Delta C/Delta E in C group was the low-est, namely 160.79;The C/E in A group was the minimum, that is 7.48;the Delta E/Delta C in C group was the minimum, which was 120.59. Conclusion: Omeprazole ( Losec) needle injection treatment of alcoholism has the minimum cost, with more high value of pharmacoeconomics;Lansoprazole for injection (oviga needle) Delta C/Delta E is the lowest, which is the best alternative.%目的：对比系列拉唑类药物治疗酗酒的临床疗效，并应用药物经济学原理进行成本———效果分析。方法：选择患者240例，按就诊顺序分为A组、B组、C组、D组，每组各60例。A组给予奥美拉唑注射液（洛赛克针），B组给予奥美拉唑注射液（奥西康针），C组给予兰索拉唑粉注射液（奥维加针），D组给予泮托拉唑注射液，疗程均为1－2d。结果：A组总有效率为85．00％，不良反应发生率为15．00％；B组总有效率为86．67％，不良反应发生率为12．50％；C组总有效率为95．00％，不良反应发生率为15．00％；D组总有效率为93．33％，不良反应发生率为10．00％。4组患者总有效率及不良反应发生率相比，差异无统计学意义（ P＞0．05）。A组C／E最低，为9．8；C组ΔC／ΔE最低，为160．79。A组C′／E最低，为7．48；C组ΔC′／ΔE最低，为120．59。结论：奥美拉唑注射液（洛赛克针）治疗酗酒的C／E最低，具有更高的药物经济学价值；兰索拉唑注射液（奥维加针）ΔC／ΔE最低，是最佳的替代选择。
