安徽省某戒毒所女性强制隔离戒毒人员应对方式与心理健康的相关性研究

摘要

目的：探究女性强制隔离戒毒人员的应对方式及其与心理健康的相关关系。方法：采用应对方式问卷和SCL－90问卷对260名新入所女性强制隔离戒毒人员进行研究，采用SPSS 21．0统计软件进行Pearson积差相关分析、多元回归分析等。结果：问题解决、求助因子与SCL－90负相关（P＜0．05、0．01），自责、幻想、退避与SCL－90正相关（P＜0．05、0．01）。自责和解决问题因素进入回归方程，联合解释率为33．0％，其中自责的预测率为21．7％。结论：女性强制隔离戒毒人员的应对方式不成熟；应对方式与心理健康水平间显著相关；自责和解决问题应对方式对心理健康水平有预测作用。%Objective: To explore the coping styles of female drug users forced quarantine, and the correlation with mental health.Meth-ods: An research was conducted in 260 using coping style questionnaire and Symptom Checklist-90 (SCL-90) By SPSS21.0.Results:It’was negatively correlated between coping style, seeking help and SCL–90(P<0.05, 0.01);there were related significantly between self-blame, fantasy, retreat and SCL -90(P<0.05、0.01).Self-blame and solving the problem entered into the regression equation, combined accounted for 33%, and 21.7% in the interpretation of self-blame aspect.Conclusion: Coping styles of female drug users forced quarantine is relatively immature.It is significant correlation between coping style and mental health level.Self-blame and solving the problem have prediction effect on mental health level.
