烟台市某医学院医学生自我监控能力对人际关系的影响

摘要

Objective:To explore the influence of self-monitoring ability on interpersonal relationship of medical students and analyze the influencing factors of self-monitoring ability of medical students, so as to provide some basis for improving medical students'interpersonal relationship.Methods:Through stratified random sampling method, a total of 260 medical students in a med-ical university were surveyed by using self-monitoring scale and interpersonal relationships assessment scale .Results: On the whole, medical students'self-monitoring ability was low.There were significant differences in four demographic variables:gender, whether the only child, the source of students, whether the student cadre ( P<0.01) .There were significant differences in four de-mographic variables of medical students' interpersonal distress:gender, the source of students (P<0.01), whether the only child, whether the student cadre ( P<0.05) .There were significant negative correlation between medical students'overall level of self-mo-nitoring and communication disturbance (r=-0.14), as well as dealing with the opposite sex(r=-0.14).There were negative cor-relation with interpersonal distress scores ( r=-0.07) and conversation puzzle ( r=-0.07) while it was positively related to interper-sonal problems( r=0.17) .Conclusion: Self-monitoring ability of medical students has a close relation with interpersonal relation-ship.The higher level of self-monitoring of medical students, the less troubled interpersonal relationships.%目的:探讨医学生自我监控能力对人际关系的影响,分析影响医学生自我监控能力的因素,为改善医学生人际关系提供依据.方法:采用随机取样的方法,使用自我监控量表和人际关系综合诊断量表对烟台市某医学院260名在校大学生进行问卷调查,并对数据进行描述性统计和T检验、相关分析.结果:总体上医学生自我监控能力偏低,在性别、是否为独生子女、生源地、是否为学生干部上均存在显著差异(均P<0.05);医学生人际关系困扰在性别、生源地以及是否为独生子女、是否为学生干部上均存在显著差异(均P<0.05);医学生自我监控总体水平与交际困扰(r=-0.14)以及与异性交往困扰(r=-0.14)2个维度上存在显著负相关(均P<0.05),与人际关系困扰总分(r=-0.07)以及交谈困扰(r=-0.07)存在负相关(均P<0.05),而与待人接物困扰存在显著正相关(r=0.17,P<0.05).结论:医学生自我监控能力与人际关系困扰关系密切,医学生自我监控水平越高,人际关系困扰越少.建议从个人、家庭、学校、社会等多方面提高自我监控能力.
