广东省15所城市公立医院工作人员医疗服务价格调整认知调查

摘要

Objective:To know about the cognition of medical price reform among the staff of city public hospitals in Guangdong Province.Methods:A questionnaire survey of 1245 members of 15 hospitals of provinces,subordinates and military was carried out.The descriptive statistics and nonparametric-test statistics were used to analyze the cognition and suggestions on the price adjustment of various categories and sub projects of medical services.Results:86.1％ of the staff thought that the present medical price was unsound and proposed to raise the price of diagnosis and nursing care.68.1％ of the staff were unfamiliar with price policy of a part of medical services.The cognition attitude to medical price reform differed from different occupation(P＜0.05).Conclusion:It is suggested that we should strengthen the policy propaganda of medical service price reform,improve the price of medical service that reflects the value of medical workers' technical services,establish a dynamic price adjustment mechanism of medical services,and speed up the reform of medical service price.%目的:了解广东省城市公立医院工作人员对医疗服务价格改革的认知情况.方法:采用问卷调查法,对广东省驻穗省属、部属、军队共15家医院的1245名在职人员进行问卷调查.采用描述性统计和非参数检验方法,分析其对医疗服务各类别、各子项目价格调整的认知和建议.结果:86.1％的医院工作人员认为目前医疗服务价格不尽合理,迫切要求提高诊查和护理等项目价格,68.1％的工作人员知晓部分医疗服务价格政策.不同职业对医疗服务价格调整的认知态度有差异(均P＜0.05).结论:建议加强医疗服务价格改革政策宣传,提高体现医务人员技术劳务价值的医疗服务价格,建立动态的医疗服务价格调整机制,加快推进医疗服务价格改革.
