胎儿异常引产家长心理健康状况的研究进展

摘要

目前，对于发现有严重畸形且出生后生存率低和生活质量极差的胎儿，临床上多选择引产的方式结束妊娠。从得知胎儿异常开始到引产结束的整个过程，甚至在未来的较长时期都可能对其家属造成极大的心理创伤。本文通过阐述胎儿异常和出生缺陷等相关概念，综述国内外胎儿异常引产家长的社会支持情况、心理健康状况，了解孕产妇围手术期间真实心理体验及应对策略，以期为胎儿异常引产家长进行科学的心理干预提供参考。%At present ,many clinicians choose to terminate the pregnancy for fetal abnormality with severe deformity ,low survival rate and poor quality of life .It may bring huge psychological trauma to their families during induction of labor , even a longer period in the future .This article is to explore the professional psychology intervention model for parents with termination of pregnancy for fetal abnormality and provide the reference via expounding on fetal abnormality and birth defects and other related concepts ,summarizing the parents'social support ,mental health and coping strategies at home and abroad .
