摘要

The testis cannot produce or produce only a very small amount of sperm in the patients with non-obstructive azoospermia( NOA) ,and it is difficult to treat in the past because of there was no suitable technology to acquire enough sperms.Various testicular sperm extraction technologies such as fine needle aspiration,testicular sperm extraction,microdissection testicular sperm extraction and so on have become ma-ture in recent years,and the combination of intracytoplasmic sperm injection technology can make the original infertility patients to get their own biological offspring .%非梗阻性无精子症（ NOA）患者睾丸不能产生或仅产生极少量的精子，以往因难以采用一般取精技术获取足够的精子，临床治疗相当困难。近年来，随着人们对 NOA 的认识以及研究的深入，睾丸细针穿刺抽吸术、睾丸切开取精术、显微睾丸切开取精术等取精技术发展日渐成熟，其联合卵泡内单精子注射技术，可使原本不育的患者获得自己的生物学后代。
