颜面部不对称畸形诊治的研究进展

摘要

牙齿和颜面左右不对称畸形是一种常见病和多发病,可以通过正畸治疗牙齿的不对称和功能性的颜面偏斜,而严重的颌面部骨发育不对称导致的骨性颜面不对称不能通过简单的正畸治疗来解决,需要在生长发育期间进行矫形的修正或在成年后进行手术治疗.早期发现及精确诊断可引导正确的正畸治疗,而目前其诊断标准尚无明确定论,骨性颜面不对称畸形除手术外也无较为有效的治疗方法,通过临床检查、X线分析、放射性核素扫描等可以辅助诊断不对称畸形的类别和程度,指导临床进行正确的治疗.%Dental and facial asymmetry deformity is a common and frequently-occurring disease,and dental asymmetries and a variety of functional deviations can be treated orthodontically,however,significant structural facial asymmetries cannot be easily solved by orthodontic treatment.These problems may require orthopedic correction during the growth period or sur-gical management at a later point.Early and timely detection and accurate diagnosis can lead to the correct orthodontic treat -ment.There is no diagnostic criteria yet now,and there is no more effective treatment to structural facial asymmetries except for surgery.Clinical examination,X-ray analysis,radionuclide scan can help to diagnose the type and the extent of asymmet-ric deformity,so as to guide the clinical treatment.
