Objective To investigate correlation between urokinase-type plasminogen activator(uPA)and plas-minogen activator inhibitor-1(PAI-1)expressions and curative effect and prognosis of neoadjuvant chemotherapy in treat-ment of breast cancer. Methods Clinical data of 82 patients with breast cancer admitted during March 2012 and May 2014 was collected. All patients underwent breast cancer resection and preoperative neoadjuvant chemotherapy. uPA and PAI-1 expression levels were detected using pathological examination of mammary glands,and the patients were divided into positive expression group and negative expression group according to results. Differences of curative effect and prog-nosis in two groups were observed,and correlations were analyzed. Results The treatment effective rate was significantly lower,and incidence rate of poor prognosis was significantly higher in uPA and PAI-1 positive expression group than those in uPA and PAI-1 negative group(P ﹤ 0. 05). The negative correlation was found between positively expressed uPA and curative effect by neoadjuvant chemotherapy in patients with breast cancer(r = - 0. 813 and - 0. 703;P ﹤ 0. 05),and positive correlation was found between positively expressed uPA and poor prognosis(r = 0. 625 and 0. 632;P ﹤ 0. 05). Conclusion Detection of uPA and PAI-1 expressions can predict curative effect and evaluate prognosis of neoadjuvant chemotherapy in treatment of patients with breast cancer.%目的：探讨尿激酶型纤溶酶原激活物（ urokinase-type plasminogen activator，uPA）和纤溶酶原激活物抑制物-1（plasminogen activator inhibitor-1，PAI-1）表达水平与新辅助化疗治疗乳腺癌疗效及预后的相关性分析。方法收集2012年3月—2014年5月邢台市人民医院就诊的乳腺癌患者82例。所有患者均给予乳腺癌切除手术以及术前新辅助化疗治疗，乳腺病理组织检查判断 uPA 以及 PAI-1表达水平，并以此分为阳性表达组和阴性表达组，观察两组患者疗效及预后情况差异，分析其相关性。结果 uPA 和 PAI-1阳性表达组治疗有效率低于阴性表达组，预后不佳发生率高于阴性表达组，差异均有统计学意义（P ﹤0.05）。uPA 和 PAI-1阳性表达与乳腺癌患者新辅助化疗效果呈负相关（r =-0.813和-0.703；P 均﹤0.05），与预后不佳呈现正相关（ r =0.625和0.632；P 均﹤0.05）。结论 uPA 和PAI-1检测可以预测乳腺癌患者新辅助化疗的治疗效果和预后评估。
