新辅助化疗后骨肉瘤中VEGF的表达及其临床意义

摘要

Objective To investigate the expression of vascular endothelial growth factor ( VEGF ) in osteosarcoma after neoadjuvant chemotherapy and its clinicopathologic significance. Methods EnVision immunohistochemical technique was used to detect the expression of VEGF in residual tumor cells from osteosarcoma patients after neoadjuvant chemotherapy for 3 months. Results VEGF expression was correlated with tumor necrosis rate and the prognosis of osteosarcoma ( P ＜ 0. 05 ), but it had no correlation with sex,age and tumor site ( P ＞ 0. 05 ). Conclusion The expression level of VEGF in survival tumor cells after neoadjuvant chemotherapy appears to be an important prognostic factor of osteosarcoma.%目的 探讨血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)在新辅助化疗后骨肉瘤组织中表达的临床病理意义.方法 采用免疫组织化学EnVision法,检测32例新辅助化疗后骨肉瘤组织VEGF的表达,分析其与预后的相关性.结果 VEGF表达与患者的性别、年龄、肿瘤部位无相关性(P＞0.05),与肿瘤坏死率及预后明显相关(P＜0.05).结论 新辅助化疗后骨肉瘤VEGF的表达水平是判断骨肉瘤预后的重要指标.
