低氧预适应训练在陆航飞行员高原驻训中的应用研究

         

摘要

Objective To discuss the effects of hypoxic preconditioning training on reducing the acute high altitude reaction and improving the acclimatization during the army aiviation pilots'field training at high alititude. Methods Fourteen army aviation pilots,who received the high altitude field training at 3,700 m,were selected and randomly divided into control and training group. Before entering the high altitude area,the training group received the hypoxic preconditioning training in the plain area ( 500 m above the sea level ) by the hypoxic respirator once per day and 90 minutes per hour for continuous 5 days. The control group took the same daily activities as the training group, except that they didnt receive the hypoxic preconditioning training. The subjects'physical fitness, cerebral function, and symptoms of acute high altitude reaction were evaluatd through the six - minute walking distance test, the neurobehavioral test,and symtom scoring of acute high altitude reaction. Results Compared with the parameters of the control group, the symptom score of acute high altitude reaction on the first day in the training group significantly decreased ( 2. 63 ±2. 13 vs 0.71 ± 0.95,P <0.05 ); the saturation of blood oxgen at quiet and moving state increased ( 85.63 ±4. 10 vs 89. 14 ± 1.07,84.43 ±4. 28 vs 88. 86 ± 2. 41 , P < 0. 05 ). There was no significant difference in the results of six - minute walking distance tset and cerebral functional test between the two groups. Conclusion Hypoxic preconditioning training has a positive effect on prompting rapid acclimatization to high altitude.%目的 在陆航飞行员驻训高原过程中,探讨低氧预适应训练降低急性高原反应、促进高原习服的效果.方法 选择拟在海拔3700 m高原驻训的陆航某部飞行员14名,随机分为对照组和训练组.在进入高原前,训练组利用低氧呼吸器在平原(海拔500 m)进行低氧预适应训练,1次/d,90 min/次,连续5 d.对照组除不进行低氧训练外,其他日常活动与训练组一致.通过6 min步行距离测试、神经行为测试组合和急性高原反应症状评分评价受试者进入高原前后体能、脑功能和急性高原反应症状.结果 与对照组相比,训练组进入高原第1 d急性高原反应症状评分显著降低(2.63±2.13 vs 0.71±0.95,P<0.05),安静和运动状态血氧饱和度升高(85.63±4.10 vs 89.14±1.07;84.43±4.28 vs 88.86±2.41,P<0.05).6 min步行距离测试和脑功能测试各项结果两组无显著性差异.结论 低氧预适应训练对促进快速习服高原环境可起到积极作用.
