目的:对20种药用植物的抗幽门螺杆菌活性进行初步筛选.方法:分别提取20种药用植物的醇溶性和水溶性部位,采用琼脂稀释法,以氨苄西林为对照,体外法测定样品对幽门螺旋杆菌菌株的最小抑菌浓度.结果:苍耳子、鹅不食草、蒲公英、菊花、佩兰、艾叶的醇提物无抑菌活性;青木香、鹅不食草、紫苑、菊花、茵陈、佩兰、艾叶、乌药、黄芪的水提物无抑菌活性;丁香和云木香醇提物的MIC为40 μg/ml.结论:丁香和云木香乙醇提取物显示了较强的抗幽门螺杆菌活性,为进一步确定抗幽门螺旋杆菌的有效成分和寻找先导化合物奠定了良好基础.%Objective: To extract the active compound against the helicobacter pylori with 20 species of medicinal plants. Methods: The ethanol - soluble and water - soluble fractions of the 20 species of medicinal plants were obtained. MIC against helicobacter pylori were determined in vitro with ampicillin as compared drug by the method of agar dilution. Results: The ethanol - soluble and water - soluble fractions of some species of medicinal plants have good anti - helicobacter pylori action, but there were differences compared with ampicillin. Conclusion: The ethanol - soluble fractions of Eugenia caryophyllata and Saussurea lappa clarke have potent antibacterial activity against H. Pylori. The research promotes the foundation for the determination of active components and the lead compound.
