碘仿氧化锌糊剂与 Vitapex 糊剂治疗乳牙根尖周病的疗效研究

摘要

Objective:To explore clinical effects of iodoform combined with zinc oxide paste and Vitapex paste in treatment of periapical periodontitis of baby teeth. Methods:100 cases of periapical periodontitis of baby teeth were selected and randomly divided into Vitapex paste (group A) and iodoform combined with zinc oxide paste (group B). Their clinical effects were compared. Results:3 months after the operation, the total effective rates of group A and group B were 92% and 90% , respectively; and there was no sig-nificant difference (P>0. 05). There was no obvious differences between groups (P>0. 05). 1 year after the operation, the total effec-tive rates of group A and group B were 92% and 78% , respectively; and there was a statistical difference (P<0. 05). Conclusions:The clinical treatment to be adopted for the periapical periodontitis of baby teeth should be low in returning rate, painlessness and fast. Therefore, Vitapex paste has good clinical effects and is worth being widely applied in the clinical treatment.%目的：探讨乳牙根尖周病采用 vitapex 糊剂与碘仿氧化锌糊剂治疗效果。方法：本次选取乳牙根尖周病患者100例,随机分组,就 vitapex 糊剂(A 组)与碘仿氧化锌糊剂(B 组)效果进行比较。结果：术后3个月,A 组患牙选取病例总有效率为92%,B 组患牙为90%,患牙组间无明显差异(P>0.05),术后1年,A 组患牙总有效率为92%,B 组患牙为78%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：临床需采用复诊率低、无痛、快速的方法治疗儿童疾病,本次针对乳牙根尖周病患者,采用 vitapex 糊剂效果较为理想,值得临床广泛推广应用。
