鼻内镜下下鼻道开窗治疗大型上颌骨囊肿患者的临床观察

摘要

目的：：观察经鼻内镜下下鼻道开窗治疗大型上颌骨囊肿患者的效果。方法：选择经 CT 及 MR 检查证实为上颌骨囊肿的患者8例，采取经鼻内镜下下鼻道开窗上颌骨囊肿切除。结果：8例患者手术后随访均6个月以上，经鼻窦 CT 或鼻内镜检查，所有患者囊肿未再复发，上颌骨外形保持良好，开窗口通畅。结论：经鼻内镜下下鼻道开窗切除上颌骨囊肿安全有效。%Objective: To investigate effects of endoscopic fenestration in inferior nasal meatus in treatment of large maxillary cyst. Methods: 8 cases with large maxillary cyst were diagnosed by CT and MR scan, and then underwent endoscopic fenestration in inferior nasal meatus. Results: After over six months follow-up with endoscope or CT scan, recurrence was not noticed in all cases, and the contour of maxilla was well preserved with ostium patent. Conclusions: The endoscopic fenestration in inferior nasal meatus is a safe and effective procedure in the treatment of large maxillary cyst.
