趋化因子受体-1在妊娠早期小鼠子宫内膜腔上皮的表达

摘要

目的：：研究妊娠早期小鼠子宫内膜腔上皮趋化因子受体-1( CXCR-1)的表达。方法：用免疫组织化学染色法及图像分析技术，对CXCR-1在妊娠1 d、4 d、5 d、6 d小鼠子宫内膜腔上皮的表达进行定位和半定量分析。结果：CXCR-1主要定位表达于妊娠早期小鼠子宫内膜腔上皮细胞的游离面，其表达呈一定的规律性，妊娠4 d时表达最强，妊娠6 d时降至妊娠1 d水平。结论：CXCR1可能与小鼠胚泡着床时子宫内膜的接受性有关。%Objective:To study expression of CXCR1 in mouse endometrium luminal epithelium during early pregnant. Meth-ods:The immunohistochemical staining and image analysis were used to locate and semiquantitatively analyze the expression of CXCR1 in the endometrium of the mice at 1d, 4d, 6d and 5d of pregnancy. Results:CXCR1 was mainly localized in the free surface of the u-terine endometrial epithelial cells, and its expression showed a certain regularity, that was, the strongest expression appeared at 4d of pregnancy, and the level of 6d decreased to that of 1d during pregnancy. Conclusions:CXCR1 may be related to the mice endometrial receptivity when embryo implantation occurred.
