目的：：对比研究动力加压钢板与带锁髓内钉内固定治疗四肢创伤骨折后骨不连患者的临床疗效。方法：选取收治的四肢创伤性骨折后骨不连患者60例，随机分为加压钢板组和带锁髓内钉组，每组各30例。两组患者分别行动力加压钢板、带锁髓内钉内固定治疗，观察疗效。结果：两组患者的手术时间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)，带锁髓内钉组患者术中出血量、术后引流量、影像学骨折愈合时间少于(短于)加压钢板组(P<0.05)；带锁髓内钉组患者治疗优良率高于加压钢板组(P<0.05)。结论：带锁髓内钉内固定治疗四肢创伤骨折后骨不连患者的疗效较加压钢板内固定疗效更优。%Objective:To comparatively study clinical effects of dynamic compression plate internal fixation with interlocking intramedullary nails for patients with nonunion after limb traumatic fractures. Methods:60 patients with nonunion after limb traumatic fractures were selected and randomly divided into dynamic compression plate and interlocking intramedullary nail groups ( 30 cases in each group) . The two groups were internally fixed with the dynamic pressure plate and interlocking intramedullary nail, respectively. The effects were observed. Results:The operation time was similar between the two groups, and had no statistical significance ( P>0. 05);however, the intraoperative blood loss as well as postoperative drainage flow and radiographic bone healing time of interlocking intramedullary nail group were less than (shorter than) those of compression plate group (P<0. 05). Moreover, the excellent and good rate of interlocking intramedullary nail group was higher than that of dynamic compression plate group (P<0. 05). Conclusions: For the patients with nonunion after limb traumatic fractures, the interlocking intramedullary nail internal fixation has better effects than the dynamic compression plate internal fixation.
