切开复位微型钢板与钢丝内固定治疗掌指关节周围部位创伤骨折患者疗效对比研究

摘要

Objective:To compare clinical effect of open reduction mini plate and steel wire internal fixation joint for patients with traumatic fractures around metacarpophalangeal joint. Methods: 80 cases with traumatic fractures around metacarpophalangeal joint were selected and randomly divided into mini plate and steel wire groups with 40 cases in each group. These patients were given the mini plate and steel wire internal fixation treatments, and the curative effects were observed. Results:The operation time and oper-ation cost of steel wire group were lower than those of mini plate group (P<0. 05). The excellent and good rates for treating stable frac-tures of the two groups were 100%;however, the excellent and good rates for treating unstable fractures and total excellent and good rate of steel wire group (47. 06% and 77. 50%) were lower than those of mini plate group (90. 00% and 95. 00%). Conclusions:For the patients with traumatic fractures around metacarpophalangeal joint, the eel wire internal fixation has the advantages of short op-eration time and low cost, but has inferior effects in the treatment of unstable fractures than mini plate internal fixation.%目的：：比较切开复位微型钢板与钢丝内固定治疗掌指关节周围部位创伤骨折患者的临床疗效。方法：选取掌指关节周围部位创伤骨折患者80例，随机分为微型钢板组与钢丝组，每组各40例。两组患者分别给予微型钢板与钢丝内固定治疗，观察疗效。结果：钢丝组患者的手术时间短于和手术费用低于微型钢板组(P<0.05)；两组患者的稳定性骨折治疗优良率均为100.00%；钢丝组患者非稳定性骨折治疗优良率47.06%、总优良率77.50%，均低于微型钢板组90.00%、95.00%(P<0.05)。结论：钢丝内固定治疗掌指关节周围部位创伤骨折患者具有手术时间短及手术费用低的优势，但对非稳定性骨折患者的治疗效果不及微型钢板。
