美沙酮维持治疗依从性及其影响因素分析

摘要

目的:分析美沙酮维持治疗依从性及其影响因素.方法:选取2015年1月-2018年1月于本中心门诊接受美沙酮维持治疗的48例患者为研究对象.根据《Morisky服药依从性问卷》调查结果分为依从性良好组和依从性差组.比较两组患者基本情况、家庭功能以及社会支持.结果:48例患者中,依从性良好者34例,占70.83%,依从性差者14例,占29.17%;依从性良好组文化程度高于依从性差组(P0.05);依从性良好组多药物滥用史、吸毒频次以及吸毒剂量均高于依从性差组(P0.05);依从性良好组家庭功能以及社会支持中的主观支持和支持利用度均高于依从性差组(P0.05).结论:文化程度、家庭功能以及社会支持等均是美沙酮维持治疗患者治疗依从性的影响因素,相关部门应针对各项因素采取综合措施,提前干预.%Objective:To analyze the compliance of Methadone maintenance treatment and its influencing factors.Method:A total of 48 patients who received Methadone maintenance therapy from January 2015 to January 2018 were selected as subjects.According to the results of 《Morisky medication adherence questionnaire》,they were divided into good compliance group and poor compliance group.The basic condition,family function and social support of two groups were compared.Result:Among the 48 patients,34 patients had good compliance, accounting for 70.83%,and 14 patients had poor compliance,accounting for 29.17%.The education level of good compliance group was higher than that of poor compliance(P0.05).The history of multi-drug abuse,frequency of drug abuse and dosage in good compliance group were higher than those of poor compliance group(P0.05).The family function and the subjective support and support utilization in social support of good compliance group were higher than those of poor compliance group(P0.05).Conclusion:Cultural degree,family function and social support are all the factors affecting the compliance of patients with Methadone maintenance treatment,and the relevant departments should take comprehensive measures to intervene in advance.
