穴位埋线结合混元灸治疗慢性疲劳综合征的效果及对患者免疫功能的影响

摘要

目的:研究穴位埋线结合混元灸治疗慢性疲劳综合征的临床效果, 分析及其对患者疲劳程度、血清炎性因子及免疫功能的影响.方法:选取2016年1月-2017年10月期间在本院接受诊治的慢性疲劳综合征患者82例作为研究对象, 按照随机数字表法将其分成对照组和研究组, 各41例.对照组接受单独的穴位埋线治疗, 研究组接受穴位埋线结合混元灸治疗, 比较两组治疗前后的疲劳程度评分、血清炎性因子及免疫功能水平变化.结果:治疗后, 两组FS-14、FAI评分、血清IL-6、TNF-α水平与治疗前比较均明显降低, 且研究组均明显低于对照组, 差异均有统计学意义 (P<0.05) .治疗后, 两组CD3+、CD4+、CD4+/CD8+水平与治疗前比较均明显升高, CD8+水平与治疗前比较明显降低, 且研究组CD3+、CD4+、CD4+/CD8+水平均明显高于对照组, 研究组CD8+水平明显低于对照组, 差异均有统计学意义 (P<0.05) .结论:穴位埋线结合混元灸治疗慢性疲劳综合征效果显著, 能有效减轻疲劳症状, 减轻机体炎性反应, 改善免疫功能, 值得临床推广.%Objective:To study the clinical effect of acupoint catgut embedding combined with mixed moxibustion on chronic fatigue syndrome, and to analyze its influence on the degree of fatigue, serum inflammatory factors and immune function of patients.Method:A total of 82 patients with chronic fatigue syndrome treated in our hospital from January 2016 to October 2017 were selected as the study objects.According to the random number table method, they were divided into control group and study group, 41cases in each group.The control group received acupoint catgut embedding therapy alone, the study group received acupoint catgut embedding combined with mixed moxibustion therapy.The scores of fatigue degree, serum inflammatory factors and immune function levels before and after treatment between the two groups were compared.Result:After treatment, the FS-14 and FAI scores, serum IL-6 and TNF-αlevels in two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment, and the study group were lower than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).After treatment, the levels of CD3+, CD4+and CD4+/CD8+in two groups were significantly higher than those before treatment, the level of CD8+was significantly lower than that before treatment;and the levels of CD3+, CD4+and CD4+/CD8+in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group, the level of CD8+in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:Acupoint catgut embedding combined with mixed moxibustion is effective in the treatment of chronic fatigue syndrome.It can effectively alleviate the symptoms of fatigue, alleviate the inflammatory response and improve the immune function.It is worthy of clinical promotion.
