Objective:To study the effect of fine nursing on negative emotion and quality of life in patients with cardiovascular interventional therapy.Method:A total of 108 patients with cardiovascular interventional therapy admitted in our hospital from June 2017 to June 2018 were selected as the study objects.According to the random number table method, they were divided into observation group and control group, with 54 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional nursing, the observation group was treated with fine nursing.The negative emotional status, quality of life score before and after nursing and satisfaction degree of nursing between the two groups were compared.Result:Before nursing, there were no significant differences in the scores of SAS and SDS between the two groups (P>0.05).After nursing, the scores of SAS and SDS in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P0.05) ;护理后, 观察组的SAS、SDS评分均明显低于对照组, 差异均有统计学意义 (P<0.05) .护理后, 观察组各项生活质量评分均明显高于对照组, 差异均有统计学意义 (P<0.05) .护理后, 观察组的护理总满意度为94.44％明显高于对照组的70.37％, 差异有统计学意义 (字2=10.79, P=0.00) .结论:精细化护理对心脑血管介入患者有很大的帮助, 可减轻患者的焦虑、抑郁情绪和提高患者的生活质量, 值得推广应用.
