直接压印快速采样法在院内感染环境监测中的重要性分析

摘要

目的：对直接压印快速采样法在院内感染环境监测中的重要性进行分析。方法：对2011年6月-2012年5月本院空气、医护人员手部、物体表面、器械、经高压消毒的物品等240份表面细菌数量进行检测，观察组采用直接压印快速采样法，对照组采用传统生理盐水棉拭子涂擦法，对两组的检测效果进行对比分析。结果：观察组细菌数量检出率明显高于对照组，比较差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：和传统生理盐水棉拭子涂擦法相比，直接压印快速采样法在院内感染环境的检测采样中有着明显的优势，能够减少众多中间环节所导致的检测结果误差缩短采样到达培养箱中的时间，方便快捷、易操作、经济节约，值得在同级医疗机构中推广应用。%Objective:To analyze direct imprint rapid sampling method in the environmental monitoring of nosocomial infections importance. Method:June 2011 to May 2012 in our hospital air medical hands,surfaces,equipment,items such as autoclaved 240 parts surface bacteria were detected by direct observation group imprint fast sampling method,saline control group using a cotton swab rubbed traditional method,detection results of the two groups were compared. Result:The number of bacteria detection rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion:The traditional method compared to saline cotton swab rubbed directly imprint rapid sampling method in the detection of nosocomial infection environmental sampling has obvious advantages,can reduce the number of intermediate links caused by shortening the sampling error of test results arrive incubator time,convenient,easy to operate,economical,worthy of medical institutions at the same level application.
