护理干预对老年高血压患者控制血压及生活状态的改善作用

摘要

目的：分析护理干预对老年高血压患者血压控制及并发症的预防作用。方法：选取入住本院高血压患者164例，在患者住院期间对其进行心理护理、饮食指导、运动指导、用药干预、及并发症知识等方面的综合护理干预。结果：164例高血压患者接受护理干预6个月后，血压得到良好的控制，且患者的生活方式、体重超标、心理失衡均得到有效的改善。结论：护理干预在老年高血压患者中效果突出，值得推广。%Objective:To analyze the role of nursing intervention on prevention of elderly hypertensive patients with blood pressure control and complications.Method:Check our hospital 164 cases of patients with hypertension,its psychological care during hospitalization,dietary guidance, exercise guidance,drug intervention,and complications knowledge of comprehensive nursing intervention. Result:164 hypertensive patients receiving care six months after the intervention,the blood pressure is well controlled and the patient’s lifestyle,overweight,psychological imbalance effective improvement. Conclusion:Nursing intervention effects in elderly hypertensive patients,the promotional value.
