冠心病患者血清白介素-37水平与冠状动脉狭窄严重程度相关性研究

         

摘要

目的:研究冠心病患者血清白介素(interleukin,IL)-37水平及其与冠状动脉狭窄严重程度的关系。方法:笔者纳入了123例受试者,其中32例冠状动脉正常受试者为对照组,91例冠状动脉异常者为冠心病组,其细分为稳定型心绞痛组(SAP)25例,不稳定型心绞痛组(UAP)36例,急性心肌梗死组(AMI)30例。采用ELISA的实验方法来测量受试者血清IL-37的浓度,Gensini评分评估冠状动脉狭窄的严重程度。结果:冠心病组的血清IL-37水平与对照组的比较呈现出显著的增高(P<0.01), AMI组和USA组显著高于SA组(P<0.01)。IL-37分别与患者Gensini评分(r=0.519,P<0.001),高敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)(r=0.413,P<0.001),脂蛋白(a)[(Lp(a)](r=0.609,P<0.001)及肌酐(Creatinine,Cr)水平(r=0.296,P<0.001)呈正相关,而与尿酸(r=-0.127,P=0.160)和年龄(r=0.004, P=0.966)等因素无显著相关关系。此外,还发现Gensini评分分别与IL-37(r=0.228,P=0.016),hs-CRP(r=0.216,P=0.010)以及Lp(a)(r=0.330,P=0.001)独立相关。结论:血清IL-37不仅有延缓冠心病进展的潜力而且还能反应能够预测冠状动脉狭窄的严重程度。%Objective:To investigate the serum interleukin-37 levels in patients with coronary artery disease (CAD) and evaluate the relationship between IL-37 levels and the severity of coronary arteries. Method:123 participants were selected, including 32 cases of coronary artery in normal subjects as control group and 91 cases of coronary artery abnormalities as coronary heart disease group,they were further divided into stable angina pectoris group (SAP) of 25 cases, unstable angina pectoris (UAP) of 36 cases and acute myocardial infarction group (AMI) of 30 cases.Serum IL-37 was measured by ELISA assays.The Gensini score was used to estimate the severity of coronary arteries.Result:Serum IL-37 levels in the CAD group were significantly higher than the control group (P<0.01).The highest level of IL-37 was found in the AMI group, followed by the UAP, SAP and control groups.Meanwhile,IL-37 levels were positively associated with the Gensini score(r=0.519, P<0.001),hs-CRP(r=0.413,P<0.001),lipoprotein(a) (r=0.609,P<0.001) and creatinine (r=0.296, P<0.001),but do not correlate with uric acid(r=-0.127,P=0.160) or age (r=0.004,P=0.966).Furthermore, after standardization,Gensini score was found to be independently associated with IL-37 (r=0.228,P=0.016), hs-CRP (r=0.216,P=0.01) and Lp(a) (r=0.330,P=0.001).Conclusion:Serum IL-37 not only has the potential to dampen the development of CAD,but also can predict the severity of coronary arteries lesion.
