加强消毒供应中心无菌物品的监测控制医院感染

摘要

目的：对加强消毒供应中心无菌物品的监测展开研究分析，从而有效控制医院感染率。方法对我院2013年加强消毒供应中心无菌物品的监测与2012年末行常规消毒供应中心无菌物品的监测的医院感染情况进行临床数据回顾性分析，观察对比加强监测前后医院感染率及器械清洗合格率。结果未加强监测前器械清洗质量合格率和医院感染率分别为94.9%、10.0%，加强监测后器械清洗质量合格率和医院感染率分别为100%、5.0%，加强监测后器械清洗质量合格率和医院感染率控制显著优于加强监测前，数据差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论加强消毒供应中心无菌物品的监测能有效提高器械清洗质量合格率，避免医院感染率的发生。%Objective Analysis of deployment monitoring to strengthen the central sterile supply of sterile,so as to ef ectively control the nosocomial infection rate.Methods In our hospital in 2013 to strengthen the monitoring of sterile articles monitoring and the end of 2012 regular disinfection supply center of sterilization were retrospectively analyzed,comparative observation on strengthening monitoring before and after the hospital infection rate and qualified rate of cleaning equipment.Results To strengthen the monitoring of cleaning quality qualified rate and hospital infection rates were 94.9%,10%,strengthen the monitoring equipment cleaning quality qualified rate and hospital infection rates were 100%,5%,strengthen the monitoring equipment cleaning quality qualified rate and the rate of hospital infection control is superior to strengthen the monitoring of data,statistical y significant dif erences( <0.05).Conclusion To strengthen the monitoring of sterilization and supply center of aseptic materials can ef ectively improve the cleaning quality qualified rate,to avoid the occur ence of the nosocomial infection rate.
