目的对宫颈涂片在宫颈癌的筛查方面的价值做出准确评价。方法随机抽取近两年时间里在我院就诊的,通过宫颈图片技术对宫颈癌进行筛查的患者病例243例,均做宫颈刮片图片。结果镜检结果显示没有检测到异型细胞,即为阴性者有211例；检测到异型细胞的可疑病例32例,其中有13例检测到恶性细胞,经病理检查结果显示,13例恶性细胞前病变以鳞癌为主。结论宫颈涂片技术在宫颈癌筛选的准确率很高,有利于临床对症状的尽早确诊,有效地减少了误诊现象的出现,值得临床使用和推广。%Objective To make an accurate assessment of the value of cervical smear in the screening of cervical cancer in terms of. Methods A random sample of nearly two years in our hospital, the picture of cervical screening for cervical carcinoma patients were 243 cases, cervical scraping.
