军队疗养院非现役文职护士野战救护技能训练的探索与实践

摘要

目的探讨情景模拟演练的训练方法，以增强新时期军队疗养院非现役文职护士对野战急救技能的掌握。方法通过由教员现场演示，设置伤情，把抽象的内容通过生动情景模拟形式，在动态表演中很好的展示了救护流程及护理要点，再进行训练与考核。结果提高了非现役文职护理人员的战地救治训练效果，强化了实战救治能力。结论情景模拟演练可明显提高疗养院文职人员战救技能水平。%Objective To explore the application and effect of scene simulation drill improve the civilian personnel rescue skil s in sanatorium.Methods When training of civil servants rescue skil s,we first assess single operation training,after qualified,teacher demonstrate at the scene,set the injury,take the abstract content through the vivid scene simulation form, show the rescue process and main points of nursing care in the dynamic performance .Results Through the scene simulation exercises civilian personnel examination results,single operation.assessment improved obviously.Conclusion Application of scene simulation dril can improve the civilian personnel rescue skil s level in sanatorium.
