黛力新联合倍他乐克治疗心脏神经官能症的疗效观察

摘要

Objective To observe the clinical curative ef ect of Deanxit combined with betaloc in the treatment of cardiac neurosis. Methods 60 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 30 cases in each group, the control group with conventional therapy, treatment group were treated with Deanxit combined with betaloc in the treatment, 4 weeks for 1 courses. Results In treatment group, the clinical symptoms improved significantly bet er than the control group, the self rating Anxiety Scale and self rating Depression Scale scores were significantly decreased, and the recurrence rate is very low. Conclusion Deanxit combined with betaloc for treatment of cardiac neurosis is superior to conventional therapy.%目的观察黛力新联合倍他乐克治疗心脏神经官能症的临床疗效。方法将60例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例，对照组采用常规疗法，治疗组采用黛力新联合倍他乐克治疗，4w为1个疗程。结果治疗组临床症状改善效果明显优于对照组，焦虑自评量表和抑郁自评量表评分显著下降，且复发率极低。结论黛力新联合倍他乐克治疗心脏神经官能症明显优于常规疗法。
