地震伤后截肢患者的护理

摘要

报告了20例四川汶川地震伤后截肢患者的护理。术后的心理护理，残肢的局部观察、预防感染、疼痛护理、饮食护理与功能锻炼，并针对地震后预防气性坏疽的观察。体会到在地震后针对性的护理对截肢患者的心理调适，减少并发症、恢复自理能力、提高生活质量有着极为重要的作用。%Report 20 cases of sichuan after the wenchuan earthquake wounded amputation patient care.Psychological nursing, postoperative residual limb local observation, prevention of infection, and pain nursing, diet nursing and function exercise, and prevention of gas gangrene observation after the earthquake.
