浅谈急性胰腺炎的护理体会

摘要

目的：为减少和避免急性胰腺炎日常护理中出现的不良事件﹐缓解低年资护理人员在急性胰腺炎护理工作中忙乱不堪等的护理问题。方法通过文献研究分析总结和专家咨询及临床试验论证﹐分享笔者及其护理团队在日常护理工作中的体会与经验﹐提出急性胰腺炎优质护理的意见与建议。结果与结论急性胰腺炎患者护理可通过转换角色换被动灌输为主动教育模式﹑建立风险告知与增强疾病了解相结合的健康教育模式﹑合理安排护理人员及借鉴专科护理等方式来提高急性胰腺炎患者护理质量。%Objective In order to reduce and avoid the adverse events occurred in the daily care of acute pancreatitis, alleviate low seniority nurses in the nursing care of acute pancreatitis work flurry of nursing problems. Methods The paper through the literature research analysis summary, the expert consultation and the clinical trial demonstration, through shared by the author and her team of nursing in daily nursing work experience, proposed the suggestion and of the acute pancreatitis.Results and Conclusion Nurse can improve the quality of nursing care in patients with acute pancreatitis by transforming the role change passive infusion to active education pattern, establishes the risk to inform and enhance the understanding disease combined with health education pattern, reasonable arrangement of nursing and nurse for reference to improve the quality of nursing in patients with acute pancreatitis.
